At Restore Construction Group we specialize in structural concrete restoration. This process consists of repairing deteriorated concrete and the cleaning and/or replacement of deteriorated reinforcing steel to bring the structure back to its original specifications and conditions. Structural damage is often found on balconies, decks, catwalks, parking garages, and elevated slabs. Most structural concrete damage is caused by moisture intrusion resulting in the deterioration of the reinforcing steel, once the steel deteriorates, it expands causing the concrete around it to crack and spall. Seemingly insignificant problems on a building’s surface may be outward indications of much more serious problems beneath that can only be determined by a qualified, experienced structural engineer.
Our concrete restoration work is backed by a five 5-year warranty, plus all manufacturer’s warranties.
Post Tensioning is the strengthening of reinforced concrete, by applying tension to the reinforcing rods after the concrete has set.
A fine plaster used in decoration and ornamentation, a material usually made of Portland cement, sand and a small percentage of lime. It is applied in a plastic state to form a hard covering for exterior walls.
Shot-crete is mortar or concrete sent through a hose and pneumatically ejected at high velocity onto a surface, as a construction technique. Shot-crete undergoes placement and compaction at the same time due to the force with which it is ejected from the nozzle. It can be impacted onto any type or shape of surface, including overhead or vertical areas. This is commonly used in pools or parking garage areas.
The form-and-pump repair technique is a multi-step process of preparing and constructing formwork and pumping repair material into the cavity confined by formwork and existing concrete. The form-and-pump technique allows the use of many different repair materials. The necessary requirement for material selection is pumpability. Various pumps are used, depending on the mixture design with focus on aggregate size. Prior to construction of formwork, any surfaces that may cause air to become trapped during the pumping process must be trimmed, or vent tubes installed.
Is an extremely strong and light fiber-reinforced plastic which contains carbon fibers to strengthen structural deficient areas such as beams, columns, etc…

We apply state-of-the-art waterproofing products to concrete surfaces to protect them from moisture and water intrusion.
This is typically applied to vertical poured concrete and block foundation walls. Applications of coatings and linings can make a structure resistant to chemicals, abrasion, moisture, heat, impact, and freeze-thaw damage. In addition to their preventive qualities, they also serve an aesthetic purpose and extends the service life of a structure.
Our Waterproofing work is backed by a five 5-year warranty, plus all manufacturer’s warranties.

A pressure washer is a high-pressure mechanical sprayer used to remove loose paint, mold, grime, dust, mud, and dirt from surfaces such as buildings surfaces.
Is a manufacturing process that employs charged particles to more efficiently paint metals. Paint, in the form of either powdered particles or atomized liquid, is initially ejected towards a conductive metal using normal spraying methods and is then accelerated towards the metal by an electrostatic charge.
Interior paint is made to resist staining, allows cleaning after it has dried, and withstand many different types of conditions. Exterior paints are made to add curb appeal and helps preserve the integrity of the building structures.
Are made of urethane, acrylics, silicones and other substances, they are applied across or into joints, cracks, or cervices to prevent the passage of air or water.
