Since 2006 Restore Construction Group, Inc. has been enhancing condominiums, hotels and commercial properties in the South Florida market, as well as other parts of the Country to increase their property values. We also specialize in railing repairs, railing replacement, parking garage decks, plaza decks and pool decks. The projects range from $1,000.00 to projects well over $20,000,000.00.

CGC – Principal
Juan is a certified general contractor and a leader in the industry. He is one of the two principals at Restore Construction Group, Inc. He has over 22 years of experience and an extensive background in the construction industry, where he has successfully completed over $150 million in contracts. As a co-owner of RCG, Juan has developed and implemented policies and procedures ensuring the integrity and corporate endurance of the organization, where the current workload is north of $25,000, 000.00 in annual revenue and rising. He has established an impeccable reputation and is setting the standards for others to follow. One of his latest projects is re-creating the operational competitiveness through a legacy of mind-set practices.
Principal
Norge founded Restore Construction Group, Inc. in June of 2006. Prior to founding the company, he was a key partner in one of the largest concrete restoration companies in South Florida that purchased his painting and waterproofing company which he owned since 1994. With over 24 years in the concrete restoration, painting and waterproofing industry his experience is invaluable to his clients and organization. The proud husband and father of five is an avid boater, diver, fresh and saltwater fisherman. He is passionate about personal development and always on the go.
General Manager
Wendy, as we usually call her, is in charge of managing daily company operations to ensure a positive, safe and profitable working environment. She’s involved in recruiting, training, payroll processing and performance evaluation. She also coordinates with the Principals the planning of short- and long-term projects, budgets & expense controls. Wendy is also a proud wife and a super mom to 5 children. On her free time, she loves to exercise and spend time with her family.
Marketing Consultant
Alexandra is a result-driven MBA executive with 19+ years of global sales, brand awareness and marketing expertise. At Restore Construction Group, Alex is responsible for strategic development and planning of all marketing related programs and initiatives. Her background includes work with business schools, as well as high-profile companies including: Nike, Kodak, USA Network International, MTV & Nickelodeon Latin America.
Accountant
Theresa has over 20 years in the construction industry in accounting. She has three degrees which specialize in accounting and finance. Theresa oversees the accounting department at Restore with regards to full cycle accounting, providing support on all levels from the CEO’s to project management. When she is not at work she likes to spend time with her cocker spaniels rooting for UM.
Office Manager -HR
Michelle is the Office Manager and Human Resources Administrator at Restore Construction Group with over 20 years of experience in the engineering and consulting industry. In addition to her experience as the Office and HR Manager, Michelle is experienced in all aspects of the operation including; proposal and marketing material preparation, project financials, accounts payable, account receivables, invoicing, worker’s compensation, safety, and general administrative duties. Michelle ensures the office is always running efficiently and effectively. Additionally, Michelle is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
Operations & Purchasing Manager
Christian has over 22 years of experience working with construction and paint products. This experience has allowed him the opportunity to acquire significant material and product knowledge in order for him to procure the most reliable products available in the market, at the most competitive prices. One of his roles is to manage and distribute materials and products to all of our projects while eliminating waste. His knowledge in waterproofing and construction products has allowed him the ability to learn the technical aspects of each product and transfer that knowledge to each and every one of our projects. In his downtime Christian practices kickboxing and martial arts. He also enjoys spending time with his family.
Safety Director
Carlos is our highly accomplished bilingual Safety Director. Carlos has more than 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. Carlos is a respected certified OSHA Trainer. He has experience in various areas of construction safety, safety risk assessment and teaches an employee injury prevention program. In his spare time Carlos enjoy various outdoor activities and spending time with his family.
Senior Project Manager
Mark has been in the construction industry for 30 years. He supervises and manages many high-end construction projects. In addition, he develops and implements training sessions for construction site employees to keep everyone up to date on new technologies and techniques. Mark is also OSHA and Red Cross CPR/First Aid certified. In his spare time, you can find Mark enjoying the outdoors and everything Florida has to offer and spending time relaxing with his family.
Project Manager
Alex started working for Restore in 2006, he has 30 years of experience in the construction industry. His position is superintendent where he supervises many jobs at the same time and completes all jobs in good faith. Alex really enjoys what he does. In his spare time, he likes fishing, going to the beach with his family, relaxing at home watching the game and barbecuing.
Project Manager
Juan began his career with Restore Construction Group back in 2012, working as a laborer on project sites and advanced into a Superintendent and now a Project Manager. Juan is one of 4 Project Manager’s who provides excellent service to our clients and workmanship for his team. During his time off, he dedicates himself to coach youth baseball.

Chad has been in the construction industry for 12 years. He supervises and manages many construction projects throughout South Florida. Chad takes pride in providing excellent customer service and doing a thorough job. He is also OSHA and Red Cross CPR/First Aid certified. In his spare time, Chad spends time with his family enjoying watching his son play sports.

Luis has been in the Construction Industry for more than 20 years. He supervises and manages high-end construction projects at the same time, completes them with hard work and dedication. Luis loves what he does and making sure it’s done thoroughly. In his spare time, Luis enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with his family. He also belongs to a Mustang Club.
