Founded in 2006

Restore Construction Group is a licensed, bonded and insured State Certified General Contractor. We are leaders in the condominium, hospitality and commercial high-rise repair, concrete restoration, painting and waterproofing industry.

Since 2006 Restore Construction Group, Inc. has been enhancing condominiums, hotels and commercial properties in the South Florida market, as well as other parts of the Country to increase their property values. We also specialize in railing repairs, railing replacement, parking garage decks, plaza decks and pool decks. The projects range from $1K to projects well over $20M.

At Restore Construction Group, we orchestrate the needs of our customers, the knowledge of the engineers and the execution of our proficiency.

We are committed to quality and timely job completion. Our workforce is continuously training to learn new techniques to constantly improve individual leadership and knowledge about products and current industry standards. All of these investments allow us to keep our personnel abreast with the latest technologies, achieving consistent performance and instilling a positive health and safety culture.

Principal – CGC

Juan stands as a distinguished figure in the construction industry, holding certification as a general contractor and serving as a prominent leader. As one of the key principals at Restore Construction Group, Inc., he brings over 30 years of invaluable experience to the table. Throughout his illustrious career, Juan has demonstrated expertise by successfully overseeing contracts exceeding $250M in value.

In his role as co-owner of RCG, Juan has played a pivotal part in shaping the organization’s trajectory. He has actively contributed to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that not only uphold the integrity of the company but also ensure its long-term sustainability. Currently, under his guidance, RCG thrives with an annual revenue surpassing $30M and continues to ascend.

Juan’s unwavering commitment to excellence has earned him an impeccable reputation, and he stands as a trailblazer, setting standards for others in the industry. His most recent endeavor involves rejuvenating operational competitiveness through a legacy of forward-thinking practices, marking yet another testament to his visionary leadership within the construction landscape.

Norge Arnaiz

Principal

In June 2006, Norge embarked on the journey of establishing Restore Construction Group, Inc., a venture that would soon become a testament to his entrepreneurial prowess. Prior to this milestone, he played a pivotal role as a key partner in one of South Florida’s largest concrete restoration companies. Notably, his painting and waterproofing company, under his ownership since 1994, was acquired by this industry giant.

With an impressive tenure of over 35 years in the concrete restoration, painting, and waterproofing sector, Norge brings unparalleled expertise to both his clients and his organization. His wealth of experience is a cornerstone in delivering exceptional services and solutions.

Beyond his professional achievements, Norge takes pride in his role as a devoted husband and father of five. An enthusiast of aquatic pursuits, he is an avid boater, diver, and both fresh and saltwater fisherman. Norge’s zest for life extends beyond his professional and personal pursuits; he is deeply passionate about personal development, embodying a dynamic spirit that keeps him constantly on the move.

Norge Arnaiz Jr.

Head of Business Intelligence

Norge Arnaiz serves as a Principal at Restore Construction Group, Inc., where he supports the company’s operations, project oversight, and long-term growth. He is a licensed General Contractor and serves as the company’s Secondary Qualifier, helping ensure compliance and maintaining the standards RCG is known for.

Norge graduated with highest honors from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Information Systems. He began his career in management consulting at PwC and Oliver Wyman, advising large organizations on process improvement and strategic initiatives. That background continues to influence his practical, systems-driven approach to construction and operations.

Since joining Restore Construction Group, Norge has taken on an active role in managing commercial concrete repair, deck waterproofing, and building envelope painting projects. His experience spans both the field and the office, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the challenges that come with complex restoration work.

Today, he is involved in contract review, risk management, and working through challenging project issues alongside RCG’s leadership and project teams to help ensure successful outcomes for clients.

Outside of work, Norge enjoys basketball and is a longtime Lakers fan.

Alexandra Castro

Marketing Consultant

Alexandra is a result-driven MBA executive with over 19 years of global sales, brand awareness, and marketing expertise. At Restore Construction Group, she spearheads the strategic development and planning of all marketing-related programs and initiatives. Alexandra’s diverse background includes collaborations with prestigious business schools and renowned companies such as Nike, Kodak, USA Network International, and MTV & Nickelodeon Latin America.

Alain Espinosa

Business Development

With 30 years of experience in logistics, Alain embarked on a new career path in restoration with Restore Construction Group. Starting as a field technician in our ECP program, he seized the opportunity to transition into the Business Development role. Over the past three years, Alain has leveraged his relationship-building skills from his time in logistics and his first-hand knowledge from field experience to excel in his role, driving success for the company.

Theresa Chanter

Accountant

Theresa boasts over two decades of experience in construction industry accounting, supported by three specialized degrees in accounting and finance. In her pivotal role, she leads the accounting department at Restore Construction Group, managing full-cycle accounting operations and offering support across all levels, from CEO to project management. Outside of work, Theresa enjoys quality time with her beloved cocker spaniel, while passionately cheering for UM.

Michelle Benitez

Office & HR Manager

Michelle serves as the Office Manager and Human Resources Administrator at Restore Construction Group, leveraging over two decades of expertise in the engineering and consulting sector. Beyond her managerial roles, Michelle is well-versed in various operational facets, including proposal and marketing material preparation, project financials, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, worker’s compensation, safety, and general administrative duties.

With a keen eye for efficiency, Michelle ensures seamless operations within the office at all times. Moreover, her fluency in both English and Spanish enables effective communication across diverse teams, further enhancing organizational cohesion.

Christian Rivas

Operations & Purchasing Manager

With over 25 years of dedicated experience in the construction and paint product industry, Christian has developed an extensive understanding of materials and products, enabling him to procure top-quality supplies at competitive prices. As part of his role, he efficiently manages and distributes materials to our projects, minimizing waste and ensuring optimal resource utilization.

Christian’s expertise extends to waterproofing and construction products, allowing him to delve into the technical aspects of each product and impart this knowledge across all our projects. Beyond work, Christian finds solace in kickboxing and martial arts, channeling his energy into physical pursuits. He also cherishes moments spent with his family, balancing his professional endeavors with personal fulfillment.

Carlos Suarez

Safety Director

Carlos is our accomplished bilingual Safety Director with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Carlos is a respected certified OSHA Trainer, known for his expertise in construction safety, risk assessment, and employee injury prevention programs.

Outside of work, Carlos enjoys a variety of outdoor activities and treasures quality time spent with his family. His dedication to safety and well-being extends beyond the workplace, reflecting his commitment to excellence in all aspects of life

Project Management Team

Mark Udvardy

Senior Project Manager

Mark brings over three decades of experience to the construction industry, where he supervises and manages numerous high-end projects. He holds certifications in OSHA, Red Cross CPR/First Aid, and Level 2 Post Tension Institute (PTI). In addition to his responsibilities in project management, Mark develops and implements training sessions to keep construction site employees updated on new technologies and techniques. In his free time, he enjoys exploring the outdoors and spending quality time with his family, embracing all that Florida has to offer.

Juan Sabater

Project Manager

Juan’s journey in the construction industry began in 2006, where he gained valuable experience at Rinker Material in the gypsum division and later at Dietrich Metal Framing. In 2012, he joined Restore Construction Group as a laborer, armed with a strong work ethic and a drive for success. Through unwavering commitment, dedication, and natural leadership skills, Juan swiftly rose through the ranks, transitioning from Superintendent to his current role as a seasoned Project Manager. Along the way, he has acquired several certifications in OSHA, CPR, and Heavy Equipment operation, showcasing his dedication to safety and professional development. Juan epitomizes perseverance, serving as a living example of determination and success in the construction industry.

Alex Gonzalez

Project Manager

Alex brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, initially honing his skills in painting companies for a decade. In 2006, he transitioned to Restore Construction, starting as a painter and expanding his expertise to include concrete restoration and waterproofing. Alex holds certifications in OSHA and CPR, along with proficiency in operating heavy equipment. His dedication and adaptability led him to advance to the role of Project Manager at Restore Construction, where he successfully manages projects of varying sizes with integrity and diligence, ensuring completion to the highest standards.

Lixzan Velazquez

Project Manager

Lixzan embarked on a journey from Cuba to the United States in 2001, where he began his career in concrete restoration as a laborer. Through dedication and perseverance, he steadily advanced through the ranks, currently serving as a proficient project manager. With extensive experience in various restoration techniques, including waterproofing, hot apply, and carbon fiber reinforcement, Lixzan brings valuable expertise to every project. Holding certifications in CPR/First Aid and completing multiple OSHA trainings underscores Lixzan’s commitment to safety and professional development. Outside of work, Lixzan prioritizes spending quality time with family.

Delnis Arriaga

General Superintendent

Delnis embarked on a journey from Honduras to the United States in the year 2000, commencing his career in concrete restoration, painting, and waterproofing as a laborer. Through his steadfast dedication and perseverance, he ascended the ranks to his current role as General Superintendent. Possessing extensive expertise in various restoration techniques, including waterproofing, application of diverse materials, and carbon fiber reinforcement, Delnis contributes to the success of each project for our esteemed clients by ensuring quality control and adherence to production schedules. His possession of CPR/First Aid certifications and completion of multiple OSHA trainings underscore his unwavering commitment to safety and professional development. Beyond his professional endeavors, Delnis places significant value on cherishing quality time with his family.

Frank Jimenez

Project Manager

With over two decades of experience in the construction industry, Frank Jimenez has built a robust career grounded in hard work, dedication, and a diverse skill set. Starting at the age of 18, Frank began working on new construction projects, focusing on framing layout for new homes. It was during this time that Frank honed the ability to read blueprints and developed a strong work ethic. Transitioning to interior renovations, Frank gained extensive experience in full demolition, drywall installation, wood flooring, tile work, painting, and carpentry. This period also included four years in a cabinetry shop, where Frank mastered the art of building, finishing, and installing various types of wood furniture, including wall units, kitchens, bathroom vanities, and trim work. In 2013, Frank joined Waterfront Services as a laborer in the restoration business. Leveraging a wide knowledge of construction and exemplary work ethic, Frank quickly advanced to the role of foreman within a few months and served in this capacity for seven years. In 2020, Frank became part of the Restore Construction Group team as a foreman. After demonstrating exceptional skills and potential across multiple job sites, Frank was promoted to Project Manager in 2024, continuing to lead and manage projects with the same dedication and expertise that has defined his career.
